分泌和降低胰高血糖素分泌的机制降低血糖。恒敬利用大肠杆菌菌株发酵生产的半合成司美格鲁肽，与人类的 GLP-1 具有 94% 的序列同源性，内毒素含量极低且不含任何动物源性的病原体。
Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide‑1 (GLP‑1) analog.GLP‑1 is an incretin hormone secreted by the gastrointestinal mucosa, which lowers blood glucose through mechanisms that stimulate insulin secretion and reduce glucagon secretion.
Hengjing’s semi‑synthetic semaglutide, produced by fermentation of an E. coli strain, shares 94% sequence homology with human GLP‑1. It has extremely low endotoxin content and contains no animal‑derived pathogens.
