调节细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪酸的摄取、利用和储存,并抑制糖原、蛋白质和脂肪的分解。

恒敬的重组人胰岛素由含有可高效表达人胰岛素基因的大肠杆菌菌株发酵而来,其与天然胰岛素有相同的结构和功能,可

调节糖代谢,促进肝脏、骨骼和脂肪组织对葡萄糖的摄取和利用,促进葡萄糖转变为糖原贮存于肌肉和肝脏内,并抑制糖

原异生。

Insulin is a protein hormone secreted by pancreatic β‑cells in response to stimulation by endogenous or exogenous substances such as glucose and glucagon. It regulates cellular uptake, utilization, and storage of glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids, and inhibits the breakdown of glycogen, protein, and fat.

Hengjing’s recombinant human insulin is produced by fermentation of an E. coli strain that efficiently expresses the human insulin gene. It possesses the same structure and function as natural insulin, regulating glucose metabolism, promoting glucose uptake and utilization in the liver, skeletal muscle, and adipose tissue, facilitating the conversion of glucose into glycogen stored in muscle and liver, and inhibiting gluconeogenesis.
