Insulin Detemir

地特胰岛素为长效基础胰岛素类似物，活性贴近人体自身胰岛素，可改善 1 型、2 型糖尿病引发的高血糖。地特胰岛素是人胰岛素 B 链去掉 30 位苏氨酸，B29 位赖氨酸连接14 碳脂肪酸侧链。分子经结构修饰改造，皮下注射后释放平缓，药效平稳持续 24 小时。产品依托大肠杆菌表达体系制备，纯度优异，无动物源杂质，用药安全性良好，低血糖发生率低，也不易引发体重增加

Insulin Detemir is a long-acting basal insulin analog with activity closely resembling that of endogenous human insulin, which improves hyperglycemia caused by type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Insulin detemir is produced by removing threonine at position 30 of the B chain of human insulin and linking a 14-carbon fatty acid side chain to lysine at position B29. Through structural modification, the molecule exhibits a slow release profile after subcutaneous injection, providing smooth and sustained efficacy for 24 hours. The product is manufactured using an E. coli expression system, achieving excellent purity and freedom from animal-derived impurities. It offers a favorable safety profile, with a low incidence of hypoglycemia and a low tendency to cause weight gain.
